Who we are

What we collect

• Call recordings and transcripts (via Twilio + Vapi)
• SMS messages sent to/from your MyAIPA number
• Chat messages via the website widget
• Email enquiries processed by Olivia
• Business details you provide during signup (name, trade, contact info)

Why we collect it

To provide the AI Personal Assistant service, forward messages to you, book appointments, and improve Olivia's responses.

Where it's stored

Data is hosted on EU-based servers (Contabo, Germany). Call audio is processed by Twilio (US/EU) and Vapi (US). Transcripts are stored in our PostgreSQL database on EU servers.

Retention

Call transcripts and messages: 12 months. Recordings: 90 days. Account data: until you cancel + 30 days.

Your rights (UK GDPR)

You can request access, correction, deletion, or export of your data at any time. Email enquiries@myaipa.uk or call 07782 219693.

Third parties

Twilio (telephony), Vapi (voice AI orchestration), Anthropic (Claude AI), Azure (voice synthesis), Deepgram (transcription). No data is sold to advertisers.

Cookies

The chat widget uses localStorage to maintain your session. No tracking cookies.
