1. Service

MyAIPA provides AI-powered phone answering, SMS, email, and chat services for businesses ("the Service"). The Service is provided by MyAIPA, enquiries@myaipa.uk | support@myaipa.uk.

2. Pricing & Billing

Plans start at £29/month + VAT. Call minutes beyond your plan allowance are charged at 12p/minute. We email you at 80% usage. No surprise bills.

3. AI Disclosure

Olivia is an AI Personal Assistant. She will identify herself as AI if asked directly. Call recordings may be stored for quality and training purposes.

4. Data

We store call transcripts, SMS messages, and chat logs to provide the Service. Data is hosted on UK/EU servers. See our Privacy Policy for details.

5. Cancellation

Cancel anytime — no lock-in, no notice period. Your phone number is released at the end of the billing cycle.

6. Liability

The Service is provided as-is. We are not liable for missed calls due to network outages, AI errors, or force majeure. Maximum liability is limited to fees paid in the preceding 3 months.
